Concomitantly, many patients are seeking out these traditional therapies for chronic conditions and general wellness. There is a healthy growth in the active users of these non-allopathic therapies.

Dr. Shila Rangarajan was born in Germany but moved to India for her education. She started her career as a qualified allopathic doctor, later studying Ayurveda in California, USA. She believes in integrative management for chronic ailments and sees a promising future in this field. She felt the need for professionals worldwide to connect and share knowledge, leading to the birth of PACTIM.

Dr. M. Rangarajan is an abdominal and bariatric surgeon, educated in India and abroad. He retired as a Professor after working in several countries. He appreciates the innovative combined patient treatment approach and plays an important role in PACTIM by ensuring the Founder’s dream becomes reality. We have put a lot of time, thought and effort into PACTIM to make it user friendly, seamless, and a valuable tool for connecting and networking among these professionals.

Arivudainambi Jagannathan is a technology entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in the IT industry, having worked in India, the US, and Singapore. He has founded multiple startups in cloud automation, satellite-based GIS, and AI-driven agri-tech solutions.

He brings a strong technical foundation and product vision to PACTIM, ensuring it is built on modern, scalable, and user-focused technology. His role is vital in transforming the Founder’s vision into a digital platform that is efficient, intuitive, and future-ready for a global community of professionals.
