Account Deletion Process: You can request account deletion through our dedicated Delete My Account page. Upon submission, our support team will review your request and respond within 7 working days. Once approved, all personal data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. This action is irreversible.

7. Children's Privacy

PACTIM is intended for users aged 18 years and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18. If such data is identified, it will be deleted promptly.

8. Platform Compliance

PACTIM is designed to comply with applicable app store and platform policies related to user data protection, transparency, and user consent. Any access to device features or personal data is requested with the user’s knowledge and consent and can be managed or revoked through device settings.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
